Zusammenfassung

OKX is seeking a Senior Manager Compliance to lead LATAM risk and regulatory obligations. You will guide a team of MLROs, align policies across markets, and collaborate with Legal, Product and Risk to drive compliant growth in the region.

You will spearhead regulator engagements, oversee investigations, and ensure timely reporting while staying ahead of evolving crypto regulations in LATAM. A strong background in KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD and sanctions is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in compliance within financial services, fintech or crypto industries.
• Experience with AML/FT and Sanctions in traditional finance, fintech or crypto exchanges.
• Deep understanding of LATAM regulatory landscape, especially Argentina and El Salvador.
• Strong KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD processes and ongoing monitoring responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical, research and due diligence skills to interpret complex regulations.
• Strong written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and in dispersed teams across multiple tasks.
• CAMS, FIBA certification or other financial crime certifications.

Aufgaben

• Serve as senior compliance authority for LATAM with regulatory relationships across jurisdictions.
• Lead regulator engagements, inspections, inquiries, and strategic regulatory positioning.
• Oversee MLROs and compliance professionals across markets.
• Embed compliance into strategic decisions, product launches, and market expansions.
• Maintain robust policies, controls, and global-aligned frameworks for LATAM.
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Product and Risk to operationalize initiatives.
• Monitor regional laws, regulations, and policy changes.
• Prepare and submit periodic compliance reports to authorities.
• Assist with special projects in a fast-paced environment.
