Job summary

SpaceX's Starlink is hiring a Regional Communications Manager to own Latin America consumer communications, including emails, starlink.com, landing pages, messaging, and related channels. The manager serves as LATAM country General Manager for comms, driving demand and optimizing conversion across awareness, consideration, and purchase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand, product, or performance communications, with ownership of a market or region - not campaign execution alone.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly LATAM communications plan and a dated recap covering leads email, website, ads, customer comms, and retail
• Convert consumer insights into actionable initiatives, copy, pages, ads, emails, and experiments for Latin American markets
• Build and maintain nurture and abandoned-cart email series; ship market campaigns tied to seasonality, reliability, ISP comparison, pricing, Roam/Mini, travel, and emergency backup
• Track email-attributed orders, volume, and conversion vs. other markets; use results to reallocate effort and retire underperforming work
• Ship country-dynamic starlink.com pages for LATAM: stories, comparison, reliability, city/place, installation, and use cases
• Develop in-market ad messaging that resolves to those pages; test claims insights support and retire claims that reduce trust
