Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Regional Communications Manager for Starlink LATAM to own consumer communications across awareness, consideration, and conversion funnels. You will lead LATAM as a regional comms owner, driving demand, content, pages, and campaigns for the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand, product, or performance communications, with ownership of a market or region — not campaign execution alone.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly LATAM communications plan and a dated recap covering leads email, website, ads, customer comms, and retail.
• Convert consumer insights into actionable initiatives, copy, pages, ads, emails, and experiments for Latin American markets.
• Build and maintain nurture and abandoned-cart email series; ship market campaigns tied to seasonality, reliability, ISP comparison, pricing, Roam/Mini, travel, and emergency backup.
• Track email-attributed orders, volume, and conversion vs. other markets; use results to reallocate effort and retire underperforming work.
• Ship country-dynamic starlink.com pages for LATAM: stories, comparison, reliability, city/place, installation, and use cases.
• Develop in-market ad messaging that resolves to those pages; test claims insights support and retire claims that reduce trust.
