Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a LATAM Communications Manager to own Latin America consumer communications across awareness, consideration, and conversion. You will manage leads email, starlink.com, landing pages, messaging, and related channels for LATAM.

Translate consumer insights into live campaigns, create nurture email programs, and track performance with cross-functional teams. Role involves building in-market pages and ad messaging, with travel and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand, product, or performance communications with regional ownership.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly LATAM communications plan and a dated recap covering leads email, website, ads, customer comms, and retail.
• Convert consumer insights (focus groups, interviews, brand tracking, user testing) into actionable initiatives, copy, pages, ads, and experiments for Latin American markets.
• Build and maintain nurture and abandoned-cart email series; ship market campaigns tied to seasonality, reliability, ISP comparison, pricing, Roam/Mini, travel, and emergency backup.
• Track email-attributed orders, volume, and conversion vs. other markets; use results to reallocate effort and retire underperforming work.
• Ship country-dynamic starlink.com pages for LATAM: stories, comparison, reliability, city/place, installation, and use cases.
• Develop in-market ad messaging that resolves to those pages; test claims insights support and retire claims that reduce trust.
