Job summary

Informa is hiring a Business Development Manager in New York City to drive growth for the Money20/20 portfolio in Latin America. You will manage sponsorship sales, craft tailored proposals, and secure senior-level meetings to expand our presence across fintech events.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and willingness to travel in North and Latin America. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience selling sponsorships, a customer-first mindset, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven track record selling trade show sponsorships and exhibit space.
• Professional fluency in Spanish is required.
• Ability to travel within North and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
• Lead new business expansion across revenue streams and target Latin America.
• Manage direct relationships with customers to grow engagement with Money20/20 events.
• Develop tailored proposals and win new business accounts.
• Own end-to-end sales process: meetings, presentations, proposals, contracts, and networking.
