Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or 3PL preferred.
• Experience with RF scan guns and warehouse inventories.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping processes and staffing.
• Establish and monitor work schedules and ensure adherence.
• Coach, mentor, and discipline associates to maintain performance.
• Identify skills and develop employees through coaching.
• Issue clear written and oral instructions and document actions.
• Standardize procedures to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Operate within budget and recommend changes as needed.
• Hire new employees and coordinate with other supervisors.
• Ensure correct shipment of orders, including hazardous materials.
• Assist with inventories, cycle counts, and inventory database upkeep.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly warehouse operations.
