Reddy Ice Corporation is seeking a Route Planner to optimize last-mile delivery routes for our field service technicians, with daily and monthly planning duties. The role focuses on efficiency, accuracy, and reliable service within our nationwide ice production network.

You will leverage routing software, work in an office setting, and collaborate across teams to improve routes, safety, and on-time delivery. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in last mile delivery software.
• 3+ years route planning experience.
• Intermediate Excel/Outlook/Teams experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan light-duty routes daily and monthly for field technicians.
• Assist in nightly heavy duty assets route planning when required.
• Use lean tools to inform and drive continuous improvement.
