Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Occasionally assist with production duties and train associates; verify SOP compliance.
• Monitor area performance with metrics; provide timely, detailed feedback.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives and safety programs.
• Maintain workflow understanding and daily production goals; update SOPs as needed.
• Ensure work areas are clean, properly equipped, and safe; address hazards.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
