Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to develop plans to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as well as climb stairs.
• Work in environments with varying noise levels, temperatures, and weather conditions.
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts).
