Job summary

Amazon Lewisberry, PA is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly staff and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will engage the team during shifts and collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet business objectives.

The role supports rapid last-mile operations in a fast-paced environment with potential weekend or overnight shifts and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk for long shifts, and navigate variable environments
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and/or overnight shifts
