Amazon.com Services LLC in Utah is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly associates, driving safety, quality, attendance, and performance while ensuring customer orders are delivered on time. You will collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives, work a flexible schedule (weekends/overnight), and be physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to develop plans to meet business objectives.
Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as well as climb stairs.
Work in environments with variable noise, temperatures, and weather (delivery stations outside loading, grocery locations refrigerated).
Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts).
