Job summary

Amazon Last Mile Delivery in Bellevue, WA is seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Manager to design long-term network strategies for North America and to optimize cost, coverage, speed and customer experience. You will influence leadership, work with retail, transportation operations, technology teams, and senior leaders to deliver end-to-end projects.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/SQL abilities, and a track record of delivering complex network optimization initiatives

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
3+ years of process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
2+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges.
Define & analyze plans in last mile network for North America.
Provide insight into optimized delivery network structure and collaborates with stakeholders for timely implementations.
Provide connections and attainment guidance for MSAs in topology planning.
Seek network optimization improvements with stakeholder buy-in.
Influence external teams to align with program goals and capabilities.
Ideate and prioritize tech for last mile delivery to optimize quality, speed, and cost.
Lead and solve complex issues with stakeholders and coordinate with tech/product teams.
Travel domestically up to 25%.
