R.A.S. Logistics Inc. is seeking a dynamic Market Manager to lead final mile delivery operations, drive performance, and grow the market. You will oversee Supervisors and Drivers, manage budgets, and ensure safety, compliance, and profitability.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making, with field presence to develop delivery personnel and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (written & verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily final mile operations ensuring timely, safe deliveries.
• Manage budget performance, accounts receivable, and driver settlements.
• Meet or exceed KPIs including On-Time Delivery and QOS.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of delivery teams.
• Build relationships with clients and customers; proactive issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance, field audits, and continuous process improvement.
• Prepare internal reporting and payroll approvals.
