RAS Logistics LLC is seeking a market-leading Market Manager to oversee final mile delivery operations. You will manage Supervisors and Delivery Drivers, drive performance, customer satisfaction, and market growth while ensuring compliance and profitability across the Madison region.

The role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and hands-on leadership in the field, with a focus on route optimization, client relationships, and team development to deliver reliable service

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations ensuring timely, safe deliveries.
• Troubleshoot service, safety, and customer escalations.
• Manage budget performance, payroll approvals, and driver settlements.
• Maintain route plans and build client relationships.
• Use systems to monitor performance metrics and reporting.
• Lead recruitment and development of delivery teams.
