The Lash Lounge is hiring a Lash Stylist in Carmel, IN. We welcome licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists who want a long-term career with an expert, supportive, and fun team.

Stylists earn between $45,000 and $85,000+ annually through commission, tips, and bonuses. Full-time, in-person hours include Mon–Thu 8am–8pm, Fri–Sat 8am–6pm, Sun 10am–6pm; Carmel location may have shorter hours.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in Indiana as Esthetician or Cosmetologist.
• Passion for beauty, artistry and serving guests.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Apply lash extensions, lash lifts, tinting, and brow services.
• Deliver exceptional guest consultations and customized looks.
• Build lasting guest relationships and manage your book of business.
• Promote memberships, products, and exclusive offers.
• Maintain a gorgeous, clean salon environment and ongoing learning.
