The Lash Lounge is hiring a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in McKinney, TX to join our Lash Stylist team. You will perform lash extension services, educate guests on aftercare, promote memberships, and build new clientele through referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of lash extension application and safety practices.
• Willingness to learn products and memberships to educate guests.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Educate guests on proper lash care and promote aftercare products.
• Understand and promote products and memberships offered by the studio.
• Perform high quality and consecutive eyelash extension services.
• Generate new clientele through referral programs.
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment.
