Job summary

The Lash Lounge is hiring a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in McKinney, TX to join our Lash Stylist team. You will perform lash extension services, educate guests on aftercare, promote memberships, and build new clientele through referrals.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist who wants to be a Lash Stylist and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred/ but not necessary
• Customer service focused, love your clients
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
