Job summary

The Lash Lounge in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Lash Stylist to perform high quality eyelash extensions and provide exceptional guest experiences. You will educate clients on lash care, promote memberships, and help grow our guest base while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Successful candidates are licensed cosmetologists or estheticians with 1+ years of experience, strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and a passion for beauty and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic.
• Willingness to educate clients on products and services offered.

Responsibilities

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 150 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Lash Extensions, Perming, Tinting, Threading, Brow Lamination and more. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Lash Stylist who enjoys working with people, is able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. Must be highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
