Job summary

The Lash Lounge in Dallas is seeking a Lash Stylist who loves working with people and lash extensions. You will work independently, apply lash extensions safely, and provide excellent guest experiences.

Training is provided with certification, and compensation includes hourly rate during training plus commission tiers. Opportunities to advance to Senior and Master Stylist, with built-in leads and marketing support to grow your clientele.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license required.
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist preferred.
• 1+ years with hand-made volume fans preferred.
• Customer service focused; loves on your clients.
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Create excellent guest experiences with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Educate guests on proper lash care and aftercare products.
• Promote products and memberships.
• Perform high-quality eyelash extension services.
• Generate new clientele through referral programs.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

COMPENSATION:

• $15 hourly during Lash Lounge stylist training/certification
• 30% commission rate compensation once certified
• 32% commission rate Senior Stylist
• 34% commission rate Master Stylist

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred
• 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred

• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
