Job summary

The Lash Lounge is seeking a Lash Stylist with lash experience to join our team. You will work independently, perform high quality eyelash extensions, educate clients on lash care, and promote our products and memberships.

A licensed cosmetology or esthetics professional with 1+ years of experience is preferred. Weekend availability and commitment to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment are essential, as is a friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to grow our client base through

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist.
• 1+ years with hand-made volume fans is a plus.
• Customer service focused.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic.
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Shift 2:15pm-8:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.

• Understand and promote products and memberships.

We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!
