The Lash Lounge Katy - Elyson is seeking an experienced lash stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of full-time lashing experience and a valid cosmetology or esthetics license. You'll create a welcoming environment where clients can feel confident and beautiful.

We are looking for a lash stylist who has at least one year of full time lashing experience and enjoys working with people. Our ideal candidate is able to work independently and understands the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. Our ideal candidate is also highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!

The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• A minimum of one year of full‑time lashing experience (school experience not included)
• Customer service focused; loves on your clients
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self‑learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• High school diploma or equivalent

SCHEDULE

• Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 4 PM
• Opportunity for extended schedule following training and certification
• Must be able to work the above mentioned schedule
