Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in the United States invites applications for a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. You will greet guests, drive memberships, promote retail products, and manage front desk flow with a focus on guest satisfaction and retention.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with a competitive hourly wage ($17–$18) depending on experience, flexible hours, ongoing training, and discounts on all retail products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Sales and customer-service focused with an emphasis on member retention and relationship building.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Mindbody experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience.
• Manage lead outreach and follow up with prospective members to drive new memberships and appointments.
• Build relationships with guests and members to encourage retention and repeat visits.
• Promote and sell memberships, retail products, and studio services.
• Educate guests on membership options, services, retail products, and promotions.
