Amazing Lash Studio in Garland, TX is hiring a Lead Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to promote memberships and retail products, answer phones, and greet guests with enthusiasm. This role drives conversions and helps maintain a welcoming studio environment.

You will close memberships at a strong rate, collaborate with Lash Consultants and Marketing, and assist with opening/closing duties in a fast-paced beauty setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred; results-oriented and metrics-driven.
• Customer service focus with strong emphasis on member retention and lead outreach.
• Outgoing, positive, energetic, and resourceful — a natural people person.
• Strong communicator with confident interpersonal skills across guests and teammates.
• Organized multitasker and problem solver with solid computer skills.
• Available for flexible days/hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• MindBody software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products.
• Answer phones, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet every guest.
• Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily to drive conversions.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment and respond quickly to guest needs.
• Maintain a membership sales closing rate of 40%+ and collaborate with Lash Consultants.
• Keep the lobby and studio public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Partner with the Marketing Team on lead conversion strategies.
• Responsibly open and close the studio — this is a key holder position.

Retaial Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Compensation:

• $11-$13 per hour depending on performance + membership sales bonues
