Amazing Lash Studio is hiring immediately for a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. Join a brand known for eyelash extensions and eyebrow services, where guests look and feel AMAZING!

You will promote memberships and retail products, answer calls, book appointments, and help drive conversions while maintaining a welcoming studio environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Customer service focused with emphasis on member retention.
• Outgoing, positive, energetic and resourceful.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products.
• Answer phones, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet every guest.
• Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily to drive conversions.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment and respond quickly to guest needs.
• Maintain a membership sales closing rate of 40%+ and collaborate with fellow Lash Consultants.
• Keep the lobby and studio public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Partner with the Marketing Team on lead conversion strategies.
• Open and close the studio as a key holder.

Retaial Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Compensation

• $11-$13 per hour depending on performance + membership sales bonues

In this Role You Will

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products

• Available for flexible days/hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• MindBody software experience a plus
