Yale Marketplace in Houston, TX is seeking a lash extension stylist to join our Heights salon. The role focuses on delivering exceptional lash and brow services, enhancing guest experience, and promoting memberships.

A strong customer-focus and teamwork are essential for success. Ideal candidates hold a Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license with 6–12 months of lash experience, and are committed to ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• 6 months to 1 year experience lashing.
• Reliable transportation.
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities
