A strong customer-focus and teamwork are essential for success. Ideal candidates hold a Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license with 6–12 months of lash experience, and are committed to ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• 6 months to 1 year experience lashing.
• Reliable transportation.
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products.
• Understand and promote products and memberships.
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services.
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs.
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment.
