Job summary

The Lash Lounge in Houston's Heights is actively seeking a full-time lash extension stylist to join our Yale Marketplace salon. You will perform high-quality lash services, educate clients, and help grow our guest base through referrals and memberships.

Ideal candidates hold an Active Texas cosmetology or esthetics license with 6 months to 1 year of lashing experience, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic. Weekend availability is required.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated lash extension stylists to join our Yale Marketplace salon. Your focus will be on providing excellent lash and brow and creating a 5-star customer experience that will keep our guests coming back!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 6 months to 1 year experience lashing
• Reliable transportation
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day

Compensation: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
