Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents in LaserPro for new and existing requests.
• Ensure documents are accurate and meet SLA.
• Review loan files and CLD applications for due diligence.
• Research documentation needs and escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
• Manage HMDA compliance reporting processes.
• Provide primary and backup coverage on processes.
• Pursue continuing education to enhance skills.
• Complete training on regulations and compliance.
• Maintain client focus and collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior client experience.
