You will troubleshoot line issues, develop test processes, and collaborate with R&D to transfer products to manufacturing. The role requires strong programming skills in LabVIEW, C, .NET, Matlab or SQL, experience with SPC, Minitab, and a clean room environment.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing and characterizing high power laser diodes.
• Proficient in statistical methods and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production test processes and equipment for products produced.
• Support the production testing of electronic assemblies.
• Create and maintain necessary documentation for product specifications and testing.
• Lead process improvement to increase throughput and yield (Lean Six Sigma).
• Engineer test methodology, procedures and equipment for high power laser diodes.
