Job summary

Lumenis is seeking a skilled LCC Technician to repair, align, test, troubleshoot, refurbish, and maintain laser systems and related subsystems. You will support Lumenis Care Center operations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, an associate degree in Electronics, Laser Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field, and strong skills in electronics, schematics, and optical systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or military/equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of relevant technical experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform detailed technical work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, test, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish laser systems and subsystems.
• Diagnose and repair customer-returned products and RMAs.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers as needed.
• Maintain service records, DHR documentation, and inventory transactions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support demo system preparation, calibration, and readiness of equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement, Lean, and 5S initiatives.
