Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in semiconductor, laser, or optical system production or R&D.
• Bachelor's degree can waive experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test lasers and laser systems using production and engineering instructions.
• Use fiber splicers and optical test instruments.
• Support NPI by building and evaluating prototypes with engineers.
• Document failures, returns, and recurring issues.
• Maintain equipment and ensure production quality and schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
