Job summary

Clow Stamping Company is seeking a Laser Production Assistant to help keep laser production running smoothly. You will inspect parts, remove imperfections, and maintain a clean, safe work area in the Laser Department.

You will move materials with an ERP system and a forklift, collaborating with Lead and Senior Laser Operators to maintain continuous production. Starting pay is $19.80/hr, with potential up to $20.80/hr, plus a $3.50/hr shift differential on eligible shifts.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools or grinders is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a Clow forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Inspect laser-cut parts for burrs, slag, and tabs, removing imperfections to meet quality standards.
• Remove completed parts from laser nests and keep laser beds clear for production.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area within the Laser Department.
• Use ERP system and forklift to move, stage, and store materials accurately.
• Work closely with Lead and Senior Laser Operators to keep production flowing.

• Shift 21: 6:00am - 6:00pm, Friday - Sunday (+$3.50/hour shift differential)

Starting Rate of Pay:

• $19.80 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements
