Job summary

Productivity, Inc. is seeking an experienced fabrication professional who can translate shop-floor know-how into practical customer solutions. You’ll help clients optimize fiber laser, nesting, and press brake processes, and you’ll program, set up, and demonstrate equipment.

Travel about 20% while training customers, supporting sales demonstrations, and developing time studies and tooling recommendations. A 5+ year hands-on background is preferred; a related degree is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on fabrication experience.
• Experience as a fabrication expert in a shop setting.
• Strong problem‑solving and ability to explain technical information.
• A related degree is helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Help customers solve laser, press brake, programming, nesting, tooling, and processing challenges.
• Program, set up, and demonstrate fabrication equipment.
• Train customers on equipment and applications.
• Work with sales on demonstrations and solutions.
• Develop time studies, process plans, tooling recommendations, and application solutions.
• Support trade shows and customer events as a fabrication expert.
