Job summary

You will assemble and configure optical and electronic components, perform measurements, document test procedures and results, and collaborate with engineers and scientists to drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in R&D, including supporting experiments, prototype evaluation, and design iterations.
• Laboratory skills with optical and electronic components, measurement instruments, and clean workspace.
• Background in quality control, test protocols, documenting results, and reliability testing.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Comfort working with lasers and optical systems with safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure optical and electronic components for laser modules and subsystems.
• Conduct measurements, run experiments, and document test procedures and results.
• Assist with prototype builds and iterations, and support QA activities.
