You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to transfer laser tech into high-volume manufacturing, design optical systems, and drive process integration, with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 4+ years of industry experience, or a master’s/PhD with appropriate years of experience.
• Equipment systems design, optical metrology, and manufacturing process development.
• Laser-material interaction, optical design, and material science.

Mansioni

• Develop and qualify advanced laser-based manufacturing processes for high-volume production.
• Optimize laser-material interaction techniques and implement solutions for process integration.
• Design optical systems and metrology tools to support development and manufacturing needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pathfinding activities for laser technologies and innovative device architectures.
• Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to develop and integrate enabling technologies into production workflows.
