Job summary

Qualifications

Reading and interpreting technical drawings, routers, and other production documentation.
Proficiency in basic math and measurements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to operate laser equipment safely and efficiently with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Prepare production equipment for operation and assist with changeovers to ensure smooth transitions.
Operate laser equipment to run efficiently and produce quality output.
Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to maintain quality standards.
Complete production control charts and analyze data to meet customer specs.
Make equipment adjustments to maintain product quality.
Assist and train others in production responsibilities and procedures.
Maintain operations by following policies and reporting needs to supervisors.
Follow preventive maintenance policies and report needed changes and repairs.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with safety rules.
