Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand written instructions.
• Basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Knowledge of using measuring devices.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Must pass physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility.
• Demonstrated reliable work history.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production equipment for operation by setting up and adjusting as needed.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality and document data.
• Assist in training others on procedures and best practices.
• Operate the press brake, solve basic process problems, and report findings to supervision.
• Maintain production and material flow by following policies and documenting status.
• Support preventative maintenance activities and report needed changes.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following rules and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and adapt to assignments.
• Perform other duties to support production objectives.
