Qualifications

• Ability to operate laser equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production equipment by adjusting and assisting with changeovers to ensure smooth transitions between production runs.
• Operate laser equipment to produce quality output.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Complete production control charts and analyze recordings to ensure specifications are met.
• Make equipment adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Assist in training colleagues for production procedures and safety.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to supervision.
