O'Neal Industries in Ohio is seeking a skilled laser cutting operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and run fiber and CO₂ lasers, load materials, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fiber and/or CO₂ laser cutting machines.
• Load and position metal materials for production runs.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Measure finished parts and ensure quality.
• Make adjustments to machines to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support team members and production goals as needed.
