Job summary

United Performance Metals is seeking a skilled laser operator to join our on-site production team in Ohio. You will set up and run fiber and CO₂ lasers, load metal stock, and ensure parts meet exact specifications. The role emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will read blueprints, interpret work orders, and make on-the-fly adjustments to sustain accuracy. We offer hands-on training, strong benefits, and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience operating laser cutting machinery in manufacturing.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Willing to learn new equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
