Job summary

O'Neal Industries in Ohio is seeking a skilled laser cutting operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and run fiber and CO₂ lasers, load materials, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications.

We offer a 4-10 schedule with 3-day weekends, hands-on training with advanced laser tech, safety-focused environment, and opportunities to contribute to parts used in cutting-edge industries. A strong team supports your growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities
