Laser Operator

Location: Jonesboro, AR

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Overtime on Saturday as needed | Day & Night Shift Available

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recent bandsaw and CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and workplace safety.
• Ability to learn multiple production processes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and transportation; must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Preferred: CNC setup or programming experience, metal fabrication experience, or vocational training in machining/manufacturing.

Duties

• Operate CNC laser cutting equipment and machining tools to produce precision metal parts.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Perform sawing, bending, drilling, tapping, and basic lathe operations as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
