Job summary

Aeva is seeking a Manager, Laser NPI to own design, manufacture, integration, validation, and qualification of lasers and amplifiers across business verticals.

You will lead a team of engineers to transition lasers and amplifiers from development to production, develop engineering requirements, and define test strategies for validation, reliability, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading teams and delivering cutting-edge products.
• Experience with 4+ of NPI strategy, IIIV design/process, vendor management, qualification/reliability, validation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, execution, validation, and delivery for laser and amplifier products.
• Lead a team to transition lasers and amplifiers from development to production.
• Develop engineering requirements to meet performance, yield, and cost goals.
• Lead integration of IIIV devices into product packaging and integration per best known methods.
• Define test strategy and oversee validation, reliability, NPI, and production.
