Job Title: Laser Machine Operator (Day Shift)

Location: NE Portland
Schedule: Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and positive Laser Machine Operator to join our production team on the day shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating laser machining equipment, especially Bystronic Fiber Lasers, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Bystronic Fiber Lasers to ensure high-quality output
• Load and unload materials, align and secure fixtures, and perform basic maintenance
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce precise components
• Inspect parts for accuracy using measuring tools and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company policies

Qualifications:

• Experience operating Bystronic Fiber Lasers
• Background in machine operation, laser machining, or CNC press brake
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes
