Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tube Laser Operator for our 2nd and 3rd Shift operations.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Load material at the machine
• Read and understand mechanical drawings
• Upload and run programs from the machine controller
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Conduct inspections of parts at various stages
• Collaborate with management to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production
• Deburr parts as needed
• Package parts according to customer requirements
• Monitor equipment and request maintenance when necessary
• Operate forklift and overhead crane as required
• Ability to operate Trumpf equipment is a plus
• Basic programming skills are a plus
• Experience with other fabrication equipment is a plus
• Previous flat laser, plasma, waterjet, or machining experience required; training available for qualified candidates
