Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Laser/Camera Test Engineer to ensure high-quality production testing and automation. The role focuses on improving test methods, analytics, and data-driven quality across manufacturing and NPI support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in physics, engineering, or related field.
Experience with data acquisition and testing methods.

Responsibilities

Maintain ownership of production test activities and troubleshoot infrared systems.
Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system to component level validation.
Generate test work instructions for MES and train technicians on equipment use.
Develop library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides/diagrams.
Maintain and develop software for test automation, data analytics, and report generation.
Determine root cause of product failures and recommend corrective actions (RCCA).
Collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing to support returns and failure analysis.
Contribute to early-stage test design for NPIs.
