Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Laser/Camera Test Engineer to ensure high-quality, tested products are shipped. You will push automation, throughput, and data analytics, working with cross-disciplinary teams to resolve issues in production.

The role emphasizes carrying out test activities, developing test software, and generating detailed results to identify defects and drive improvements. Strong collaboration with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Experience with data acquisition and processing (MATLAB/Python).
• Experience with test automation and report generation.
• Strong root cause analysis for hardware/software/firmware.

Responsibilities

• Own test activities in production and maintain production test flow; troubleshoot infrared systems issues.
• Maintain test capabilities across the value stream from system to component level.
• Create work instructions for MES and train technicians.
• Build a library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides.
