Job summary
Amada America, Inc. seeks an electro-mechanical technician to service and install complex equipment on customer sites across the Reno, NV to Bay Area region.
You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, optical and electrical systems and follow layout drawings and blueprints with precision. You will complete daily service reports, weekly expense reports, provide customer training on applications and line control software, and travel regularly within assigned territories, with lifting
Qualifications
- A 4‑year Electronics degree or a 2‑year related degree with experience preferred.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Willingness to travel within Reno, NV area and Sacramento to the Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, optical and electrical systems.
- Follow layout drawings and blue prints for equipment installation.
- Complete service reports daily and expense reports weekly.
- Provide customer training on applications and line control software.
- Travel within assigned territories.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
