Job summary

MC Machinery Systems, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Laser Installation Technician to install laser equipment and perform preventive maintenance under supervision.

This role travels to customer sites across North America and offers hands-on training and clear career advancement opportunities. You will learn to install equipment from plans and drawings, document issues, and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to use basic hand-tools.
• Ability to operate a computer with Windows operating systems.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform equipment installation and verify machine operation per manufacturer specs.
• Learn preventive maintenance on laser equipment.
• Document and communicate ideas, problems and solutions clearly to coworkers and customers.
• Prepare written service reports and supportive documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
