Formación

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and use measuring instruments.
• 1 year of machine operator experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares production equipment for operation by making equipment setup adjustments.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related data to determine tooling requirements and procedures.
• Maintains quality standards by conducting first-piece inspection and production control charts.
• Helps train others for production job responsibilities by demonstrating procedures.
• Maintains machine operation by solving production process problems and reporting data.
• Follows preventative maintenance policies and reports needed changes and repairs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and re-assignments.
• Observes machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines and dies.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly in accordance with safety standards.
